DETAILS
- Full-Time Float
- 4-5 days per week
- 2 Saturday per month required (will have a weekday off when working a Saturday)
- Must be willing to float to all of the following offices:
- Antioch (primary)
- Lakemoor, Crystal Lake, Woodstock (secondary)
- Occassional coverage: Huntley & Algonquin
- Primary Care with Medical Billing

**All states require Optometrists to be licensed. The ideal candidate must have obtained an O.D. Degree from an Accredited Optometry School and must have completed all sections of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry Exam.**
