COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

$150,000-$200,000+ Income Potential (experienced top earners currently making this!)
- Year 1: $150,000 guarantee with the ability to earn more through collections
- Year 2: $180,000 guarantee with the opportunity to earn more from Optical and Post-ops
