We are looking for a Full-Time Optometrist to join a well-established optometry practice in Augusta, Georgia!

This is an excellent opportunity for an optometrist seeking a true work-life balance while practicing full-scope optometry with outstanding support, modern technology, and strong mentorship in a collaborative environment.

PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS

• Full-scope Optometry
• State-of-the-art technology including OCT, Optos, Visual Field, Corneal Topographer, iCare Tonometry, and Auto Phoropter
• Collaborate with experienced providers throughout the organization
• Strong technician support
• Very mentorship-focused practice with access to experienced doctors for consultation

SCHEDULE

• Full-Time = 3.5-day work week
• Friday-Monday
• Office Hours:
• Friday, Saturday, Monday: 10:00am-6:30pm
• Sunday: 12:00pm-5:30pm
• Part-Time options also available for added flexibility

COMPENSATION

• W2/Employed or 1099
• $150,000+ Income Potential
• Sign-on Bonus
• $2,500 with a 1-year commitment
• $5,000 with a 2-year commitment
• $10,000 with a 3-year commitment
• Potential for Relocation Assistance
