Pediatric Ophthalmologist - $50k-$75k Sign-on Bonus! - San Antonio, TX

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Ophthalmologist to join our large, surgically focused Ophthalmology group in San Antonio, Texas!

Our established practices operate with a true private practice feel, where you will join a collegial team focused on excellent patient care! We have updated state-of-the-art technology and a large support staff to make sure you have everything you need to deliver the best patient care in the area!

Practice Details

• Strong surgical volume: 400-1,000 procedures annually
• Updated technology and robust support
• MDs supported with at least 1 dedicated Tech and Scribe as volume builds
• Support of ODs!
• Call shared equally among MDs and ODs
• Mentorship opportunities within a collaborative, growth-oriented group for new grads! 
• Low turnover rate (4%)
• Average 30-40 patients/day
• Collegial group with strong collaboration!

Compensation & Benefits

• $50k-$75k Sign-on Bonus available  
• Relocation Assistance available 
• Partnership eligibility within 12 months for experienced MDs (up to $400K buy-in)
• Salary based on experience with two models:
• Base + Production (30% past 3x Base in Collections)
• Straight % of Net Collections (with 1-year Base guarantee)
• 401k with 4% match (after 12 months)

Schedule

• Full-time, 5 days/week (some offices may offer a 4-day option)
