Glaucoma Surgeon – Full-Time or Part-Time – High earning potential! – Dartmouth, MA

We are seeking a Glaucoma Surgeon to join a well-established private ophthalmology practice in Dartmouth, Massachusetts!

PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS

• Approximately 90% cataract and glaucoma patients
• Average of 40–50 patients per clinic day
• Typically 18–22 patients on surgery days
• Surgery and laser procedures performed 1–2 days per week
• Fully equipped on-site ASC with the technology needed to support cataract and glaucoma procedures
• Strong clinical support, including one scribe and 1–2 technicians based on patient volume
• Established multidisciplinary team of Optometrists and Ophthalmologists

SCHEDULE

• Full-time or part-time opportunities available
• Most physicians work approximately 36 hours per week
• Flexible four to four-and-a-half-day workweek
• Call averages 12–15 weeks annually and is shared among multiple providers

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

• Annual earning potential of $500,000+
• $350,000–$425,000 base salary, depending on experience
• Additional compensation based on a percentage of net collections
• $10,000 sign-on or relocation bonus
• Medical and dental insurance options
• Discretionary 401(k) match, typically 2%–3%

• Three to four weeks of combined PTO and CME time
• Up to $2,500 in annual CME reimbursement

The ideal candidate must have an M.D. or D.O. degree, be qualified to perform cataract and glaucoma surgery, and hold or be eligible to obtain the appropriate state medical license.
