Optometrist -  Tuesdays only - Queens, NY

We are seeking an Optometrist to join a well-established Ophthalmology practice in Queens, New York!

PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS

• Medical Optometry with comprehensive care,  glaucoma co-management, and diabetes co-management 
• Average 3-4 patients per hour
• Strong Staff Support, including a technician performing full patient workups
• State-of-the-art technology including Optos, OCT, Visual Field, & EMR

SCHEDULE

•  Part-Time: 1 day a week (Tuesdays)
• Hours: 10 AM EST- 5 PM EST ( 1 Hour Lunch Break)

COMPENSATION

• $750 Daily Rate + Productivity Bonus
• Extra $20 per patient after seeing 20 patients in a day
• 1099 or w2 option 

**All states require Optometrists to be licensed. The ideal candidate must have obtained an O.D. Degree from an Accredited Optometry School and must have completed all sections of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry Exam.**
