We are looking to hire an Optometrist in Fayetteville, North Carolina! Our future doctor will be someone who is engaged in making the patient experience a priority while delivering excellent care. This person should be a visionary and looking for growth. We support our doctors to grow in their careers long term.

Our new doctor will perform medical eye care, ocular surface disease, and contact lens management. The practice will set up our next OD for success to support any specialty medical interest that the doctor has a passion for!

DETAILS

• Full-time or Part-time 
• Flexible Work Schedule 
• 4-, 4.5- or 5-day work week
• Weekend Requirements:
• Every other Saturday
• Full Scope with Medical 
• Strong staff support including Technicians, Scribes and Front Desk
• 16-22 patients per day
• Updated technology! 
• Wavefront Refraction Systems, Corneal Topographies, Wide Field Retinal Photos, OCT’s, Optos, Lipiflow, Olleyes, IPL, EHR, iCare Tonometry, Antares Meibography, Paperless office, Visual Fields (virtual headsets), RETeval ERG Scanners, etc.

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

• $175,000 Base Compensation (depending on experience)
• Plus multi-tiered quarterly bonus potential
• Potential to make a total income of $180,000 - $225,000 per year
