Optometrist - Part-Time - $80-$85 per hour + Bonus! - Philadelphia, PA

We are seeking a passionate Part-Time Optometrist committed to delivering high-quality vision care who is excited to help grow a new practice! This Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office is a beautiful modern practice looking for an OD who will collaborate with a collegial and motivated team onsite!

DETAILS

• W2/Employed
• $80-$85 per hour + performance-based Incentive Bonus ($2 per eye exam performed)
• Incentive Bonus is guaranteed for the first 2 months
• After 2 months, Incentive Bonus is based on exceeding performance targets
• 401(k) with up to a 6% employer match (quarterly contributions)

SCHEDULE

• Part-Time: 3 days per week
• Flexible Days/Hours
• Must be willing to work some Saturdays
• Store Hours:
• Monday-Saturday, 10:00am-6:00pm (last patient at 5:40pm)
• Sunday, 11:00am-4:00pm (last patient at 3:40pm)
• Opportunity to expand into a full-time position

**All states require Optometrists to be licensed. The ideal candidate must have obtained an O.D. Degree from an Accredited Optometry School and must have completed all sections of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry Exam.**
