Optometrist: $210,000 Salary + Bonus | $10,000 Sign-On + $15,000 Retention + No Weekends - Lexington, NC

Looking for a full-time Optometrist that will enjoy full-scope Optometry including Medical to join a well-established practice in Lexington, North Carolina!

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

• $210,000 Salary or 16% Personally Performed Net Revenue, whichever is greater
• $10,000 Sign-on Bonus
• $15,000 Retention Bonus (paid over 3 years)
• $5,000 after years 1, 2 and 3

• 401(k) with 4% employer match
• Paid Malpractice
• PTO: 120 hours for Year 1 (increases over time)
• Can carry over up to 40 hours unused PTO hours

SCHEDULE

• Monday-Friday
• No weekends!
• 8:00am-5:00pm
• Part Time OD’s encouraged to apply as well!

**All states require Optometrists to be licensed. The ideal candidate must have obtained an O.D. Degree from an Accredited Optometry School and must have completed all sections of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry Exam.**
