Optometrist - Part-Time or Full-Time - No Weekends - Everett, WA

We are seeking an Optometrist to join a well-established medically oriented eye care practice in Everett, Washington~ just 30 minutes from Seattle!

Practice Highlights

• Comprehensive Exams, Medical Optometry, Dry Eye, Disease Co-Management
• Opportunity to incorporate Myopia Control and Specialty CLS!
• State-of-the-art technology including Optos, OCT, Visual Field, and EMR
• Multiple exam lanes and pre-testing room, fully equipped!
• Average of 16-22 patients per day, scheduled every 20 minutes
• Strong Staff Support, including technicians performing full patient workups

Schedule

• Part-Time or Full-Time opportunity available
• Full-Time = 30+ hours per week
• No weekends!

Compensation + Benefits

• $70-$75 per hour or 15% Monthly Production
• Health Benefits to include Medical, Dental, Vision, and ancillary (voluntary) benefits options (for full-time doctors)
• Malpractice insurance paid
• Accrue up to 15 days PTO annually (for full-time doctors)
• Up to 3 personal days (based on tenure)
• Up to 6 paid holidays
• Continuing Education allowance: $50 per paycheck (~$1,300/year)
• $25 per paycheck for part-time doctors

**All states require Optometrists to be licensed. The ideal candidate must have obtained an O.D. Degree from an Accredited Optometry School and must have completed all sections of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry Exam.**
