Optometrist - Full-Time - No Weekends - Crystal River, FL

We are looking for a Full-Time Optometrist who has a passion for patient care and career growth to join a well-established practice in Crystal River, Florida!

Practice Highlights

• Routine/Primary Eye Care
• Average 18 patients per day (opportunity to see more!)
• Strong Staff Support including technicians performing full patient workups
• State-of-the-art technology including Retinal Camera, Auto Refractor, iCare Tonometer, Virtual Visual Field, and EMR

Schedule

• Full-Time: Monday-Friday
• No weekends!
• Office Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm (OD is usually out the door by 5:00pm!)

Compensation + Benefits

• $75 per hour or 12% Monthly Production, whichever is greater
• $170,000+ Potential Income

• Malpractice insurance paid
• Accrue up to 15 days PTO annually (for full-time doctors)
• Up to 3 personal days (based on tenure)

**All states require Optometrists to be licensed. The ideal candidate must have obtained an O.D. Degree from an Accredited Optometry School and must have completed all sections of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry Exam.**
