Optometrist – Full-Time – $150,000+ Income Potential + No Weekends!  – Boiling Springs, SC

We are seeking a full-time Optometrist to join a well-established private practice in Boiling Springs, South Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for a doctor passionate about providing full-scope eye care and practicing with advanced diagnostic technology!

PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS

• Average 20 patients per day

• 3 Exam Lanes with pretesting room, contact lens suite, dry eye treatment room
• Strong Staff Support including a dedicated technician performing full patient workups
• 3 Opticians and administrative staff in office
• State-of-the-art technology including Optomap,  OCT,  advanced dry technology & EMR

SCHEDULE

• Full-time Monday - Friday, 5 days a week
• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break
• Tuesday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break
• Friday 8:00 AM- 2 PM (work through lunch)
• 4-day work week option available
• No weekends!

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

• W2 Employed 
• $150,000 salary + Bonus
• Bonus begins after 90 days of employment and averages an additional $125/week
• Malpractice insurance paid
• Accrue up to 6 days PTO/Sick days annually (for full-time doctors)
• 10 days of Vacation after the first 90 days of employment
• 7  paid holidays
• Continuing Education allowance: $1,500 annually
• Employer-paid state license fees, DEA, and controlled substance certifications
• 401(k) with 3% employer match after 1 year of employment

**All states require Optometrists to be licensed. The ideal candidate must have obtained an O.D. Degree from an Accredited Optometry School and must have completed all sections of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry Exam.**
