Optometrist - Casual Part-Time - Bronx, NY

We are seeking an Optometrist to join a well-established medically oriented eye care practice in the Bronx, New York!

PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS

• Mostly Primary Care with some Medical
• Average 20  patients per day
• Strong Staff Support including technicians performing full patient workups
• State-of-the-art technology including Optos, OCT, Visual Field, & EMR

SCHEDULE

• Casual Part-Time: 2 to 4 Fridays and/or Saturdays per month
• Must be willing to float to 2 locations in the Bronx (less than 2 miles apart)

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

• W2 Employed
• $80-$85 per hour or 15% Monthly Production, whichever is greater
• Paid sick leave, bereavement leave and jury duty per state regulations
• 401(k) with up to 4% employer match (quarterly contributions)
• Annual free eyewear certification at anniversary

**All states require Optometrists to be licensed. The ideal candidate must have obtained an O.D. Degree from an Accredited Optometry School and must have completed all sections of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry Exam.**
