Optometrist - $250,000 Year 1 Potential + No Weekends - Creedmoor, NC (25 miles to Raleigh, North Carolina!)

• Creedmoor, NC - A short 25 minute drive to Raleigh and 15 minutes to Durham!
• Established Private Practice
• 2 pretesting lanes + 4 exam rooms
• 18-25 patients/day
• Strong staff support including Technicians

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

• $200,000 Base Salary + Commission
• Make commission up to 5% on net revenue after $200,000 in revenue
• Potential to make $250,000 in Year 1
• 401k after Year 1 with 3% Match

• 3 weeks PTO Year 1 including CE + 6 paid holidays
• $1500 CE stipend

SCHEDULE

• Monday-Friday
• No Weekends!
• Full Time or Part Time
• Hours:
• 8AM-5PM Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
• 9AM-6PM Thursday
• 8AM-3PM Friday

SCOPE OF PRACTICE

• Full Scope
• 40% Primary Care + 60% Medical
• Heavy Disease-oriented practice with ability to treat Dry Eye, Retinal conditions, Glaucoma, Myopia Management, Specialty Contact Lenses & Pre-/Post-Op LASIK and Cataract Surgery
• Updated technology including OCT, fundus camera, meiboflow, Level Light Therapy, Optilift, Optilight, Visual Field, Keratograph, and Myopia Master
• In-house optical
