Optometrist: $210,000 Salary + Bonus| $10,000 Sign-On + $15,000 Retention | No Weekends - Thomasville, NC (20 miles to Winston-Salem!)

Looking for a full time Optometrist that will enjoy full-scope Optometry including Medical to join a well-established practice in Thomasville, North Carolina!

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

• $210,000 Salary or 16% Personally Performed Net Revenue, whichever is greater
• $10,000 Sign-on Bonus
• $15,000 Retention Bonus (after 3 years)

• PTO: 120 hours for Year 1 (increases over time)

• Monday-Friday

**All states require Optometrists to be licensed. The ideal candidate must have obtained an O.D. Degree from an Accredited Optometry School and must have completed all sections of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry Exam.**
