Developmental Vision Therapy Optometrist – $194,000 potential! - Natick, MA (30 minutes to Boston)

Join an established private practice specializing in Vision Therapy in Natick, Massachusetts, just 30 minutes from Boston! We are seeking a Full-Time Optometrist to join a dedicated team of 2 ODs, 4 Therapists, and experienced administrative staff.

Position Details

• Full-Time or Part-Time opportunity
• Full-Time schedule: 40 hours/week
• 5 days per week (Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday)
• 9-hour shifts (8 clinical/administrative hours + 1-hour unpaid lunch)
• See up to 12 patients per day
• Private practice focused on Vision Therapy and Neuro- Optometric rehab 
• We provide specialized care for Pediatric developmental cases and neuro-rehabilitation for adults 

Compensation

• Full Time
• Guaranteed base salary of $170,000 annually 
• Performance Bonus
• Earning Potential: $194,000 annually
• High-performing doctors may exceed $300,000 annually with uncapped bonus potential long term 
• 1099 or W2 employment options available

Clinical Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive functional and developmental vision evaluations
• Lead and oversee vision therapy and neuro-rehabilitative care
• Complete detailed patient reports and progress evaluations
• Maintain strong communication with patients and families
• Collaborate closely with the practice manager and therapy team

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years of Vision Therapy experience, or have completed a Residency in Vision Therapy and Binocular Vision in a private practice setting
• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Part- time opportunities may be available as well!
