Reverse Weekend Full-Time Optometrist - $85/hour + Benefits + Student Loan Repayment - Rockaway, NJ


We are seeking a full-time Optometrist to join our growing private practice in Rockaway, New Jersey!


This is a reverse weekend schedule offering a 4-day work week and competitive compensation, along with strong clinical and administrative support.


CLINICAL DETAILS

  • See 2-3 patients per hour
  • Mix of Primary Care, Contact Lenses, and Medical Optometry
  • Opportunity to incorporate:
  • Glaucoma Management
  • Dry Eye Treatment
  • Scleral Lenses
  • Myopia Management
  • CRT
  • Updated technology including:
  • LipiScan
  • New OCT
  • Optos California
  • Visual Field
  • Dedicated Tech coverage
  • Pre-testing completed for you
  • Billing & Insurance handled by staff
  • Focus on excellent patient care! — not paperwork


Schedule:

  • 4 days per week: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday
  • Friday & Saturday: 10:00am-5:00pm or 6:00pm
  • Sunday: 11:00am-4:00pm
  • Monday: 10:00am-6:00pm or 7:00pm
  • If willing to travel to a second office location, additional days can be added and are available.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • $85 per hour
  • $10,000 total Student Loan repayment
  • $2,500 paid every 6 months for 2 years

**All states require Optometrists to be licensed. The ideal candidate must have obtained an O.D. Degree from an Accredited Optometry School and must have completed all sections of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry Exam.**
