Optometrist - $185,000++ Potential + Amazing Benefits - Corpus Christi, TX (Practice on the Texas Coast!)

We are seeking a Full Time Optometrist to join a well-established practice with an excellent reputation in Corpus Christi, Texas!

DETAILS

• Full Time = 4 or 5 days per week
• Monday-Friday
• Ideally every other Saturday (half-day: 9am-2pm, last patient at 1pm)
• Would get a weekday off (your choice of day) if working on Saturday
• Part Time option: 3 days per week
• Medical Optometry + Routine Eye Care
• Community Partner with the VA Hospital
• 20-22 patients per day (3 per hour; will schedule longer appointments for more complex patients if needed)
• Strong Staff Support including Techs & Scribes
• 2-3 ODs every day + 6 lanes
• OCT, Compass Visual Field + Photography, Atlas Topographer, EHR

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

• Year 1: Base + 15% Production
• Year 2: 100% Production -- $185,000+ Potential
• Potential for Sign-on Bonus, Retention Bonus and/or Relocation Assistance
• Medical Insurance (Practice pays 60%)
• Dental Insurance (Practice pays 50%)
