• Private Practice
• Full Scope Optometry
• 4- or 5-day work week available 
• One late day per week and half-day on Fridays
• No weekends!
• Great in-house mentorship for new grads
• 16-20 patients a day on average 
• Updated technology including Optos, OCT, Visual Field
• Great local relationships for co-management of patients
• Less than 20 minutes from Lake Winnebago

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

• $60-65/hour or 13% of receipts including optical sales
• $5,000 Sign-on Bonus
• Relocation Assistance negotiable
