DETAILS

• Creedmoor, NC - A quick 25 minute drive to Raleigh and 10 minute to Durham!
• Established Private Practice
• 2 lanes + 4 exam rooms
• 18-25 patients/day 
• Strong staff support including Technicians 

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

• $200,000 Base Salary + Commission 
• Make commission up to 8% on net revenue after $200,000 in revenue
• Potential to make $250,000 in Year 1
• $10,000 Sign-on Bonus or Relocation Assistance available
• 401k after Year 1 with 3% Match
• Medical Insurance: Practice pays 50%
• 3 weeks PTO Year 1 including CE + 9 paid holidays
• $1500 CE stipend

SCHEDULE

• Monday - Friday 
• No Weekends 
• Full Time or Part Time
• Hours:
• 8AM-5PM Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
• 9AM-6PM Thursday
• 8AM-3PM Friday

• Full Scope 
• 40% Primary Care + 60% Medical 
• Heavy Disease-oriented practice with ability to treat Dry Eye, Myopia Management, Specialty Contact Lenses & Pre-/Post-Op LASIK and Cataract Surgery
• Updated technology including OCT, Retinal Conditions, LipiFlow, Low Level Light Therapy, Cartegraph, Visual Field 
• In-house optical
