COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

  • $150,000-$170,000 Salary + Bonuses
  • $15,000-$20,000 Sign-on bonus
  • $72,000 new grad incentive available for all 2026 OD grads and 2026 residents

DETAILS

  • 32 Hours is considered full-time with benefits.
  • Primary Care with Medical billing
  • Set own patient schedule to choose between 15-, 20- or 30-minutes exam slots

**All states require optometrists to be licensed. The ideal candidate must have obtained an O.D. degree from an accredited optometry school and must have completed all sections of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry exam.**
