Hiring a Full Time OD to join this established practice in Selah, Washington!
COMPENSATION + BENEFITS
- $180,000 annually or 15% of Production (greater of)
- $25,000 Sign-on Bonus
- $30,000 Retention Bonus, paid over 3 years ($10,000 paid on anniversary)
- Student Loan Repayment at $500 a month for 5 years

Days/Hours
- 4.5 days per week
- Monday-Friday (Friday = half day)
