Optometrist - 4 day work week (No Weekends!) + Make up to $225,000 - Alton, IL


Join an established private practice looking to add a Full Time 4-day-a-week Optometrist in a full-scope practice located in Alton, Illinois - 30 minutes from downtown St. Louis, MO! Our next OD will be friendly and looking to offer excellent patient care to our loyal patient base.


DETAILS

  • 4 days a week = full time
  • Tuesday-Friday
  • Can float to 1 other office if you want to work Mon-Fri
  • No weekends 
  • Primary Care + heavy Medical
  • 25 patients a day (all ages)


HOURS

  • Tuesday, 10AM-6PM
  • Wednesday, 8AM-4PM
  • Thursday, 9AM-5PM
  • Friday, 9AM-3PM


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Ability to make over $225,000 a year - 2 different models offered:
  • Option 1: $80,000 Base Salary + Quarterly Production Bonus
  • Option 2: Guaranteed Base Salary of $110,000 + Bonus tied to 15% Production of Billing
  • Billing includes all exams, contacts, glasses, and anything purchased after an exam is seen. 
  • No production cap! 
  • Excellent support staff, including Tech coverage and Optician
  • Updated technology: Visual Field, Autorefractor, Optomap, and EMR 
  • Health & Dental Insurance 
  • 401k with 5% match
  • $1,000 CE allowance annually
  • Unlimited PTO + 2 Christmas celebrations a year (think Christmas in July party!)
