DETAILS

• Owensboro & Henderson, Kentucky
• Henderson is 10 miles south of Evansville, Indiana
• Full Time
• 4 day work week
• Only cover Saturdays when other ODs are on PTO
• Max would be 2 Saturdays per month
• 80% Routine Care + 20% Medical
• 15-20 patients a day on average
• Updated technology: Optos, Visual Field & OCT
