Optometrist - No Weekends - $188,000+ Potential - Over 8 weeks PTO/SICK/CE time - Easton, PA

We are looking to add a Full Time Optometrist to our growing Eyecare team in Easton, Pennsylvania! Join a patient-centered multi-specialty organization that focuses on respect, compassion, excellence, and connectedness!

This opportunity is open to both 2024 Grads and Established Doctors.

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS 

• Base Salary ($135,000-$188,000 based on experience) + Incentive Bonus
• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus available 
• $10,000 Retention Bonus available 
• Up to $4,000 for Relocation Assistance available

• Over 8 weeks total of PTO/Sick Days/CE Days per year

DETAILS

• 40-hour work week
• Monday-Thursday, in office
• Fridays, 4 hours of non-patient care - Flexibility to work from home.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be board-certified through the American Board of Optometry to apply 
• Must be comfortable working with the pediatric population
