Optometrist - Full Scope with Ocular Disease - Red Bank, New Jersey

This established private practice looking to add a Full Time Optometrist who has great communication skills, selling skills, empathy for a positive patient experience, and who is growth-oriented!

DETAILS

• Ideal candidate:
• Will have a background in Ocular Disease
• Comfortable treating Glaucoma
• Experience with Dry Eye
• 2-3 patients per hour 
• OCT, Fundus Photo, Visual Field, AR, Lensometer

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

• There are 2 options:
• Daily minimum + Bonus of 10% of the Revenue you bring in
• Straight Hourly - Rates start at $70 an hour 
• Can provide Medical Insurance
• Paid Malpractice
• 2 weeks PTO
• Paid Major Holidays
• CE Reimbursement
• 401k

DAYS + HOURS

• 4.5 days per week
• Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: CLOSED
• Thursday: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• Saturday 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM
• If you work a Saturday, the Friday before is a half-day
• Sunday: CLOSED

**All states require Optometrists to be licensed. The ideal candidate must have obtained an O.D. Degree from an Accredited Optometry School and must have completed all sections of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry exam.
