Ophthalmologist - Full Time 3.5 days per week - Long-Term Partnership Track - Upper East Side, Manhattan, NY

This practice is the largest cash pay only practice in NYC and offers a very strong income package. 

• $400,000 Base Salary + significant incentives for 3.5 days a week of full time work 
• High likelihood of equity partnership after 2 years as an employed associate 

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience past fellowship working in a high-end practice setting
• Completed fellowship training
• Vast experience with anterior segment, refractive, cataract, dry eye
• Must have previous experience working with high-profile patient communities
• Must have a positive reputation of wonderful patient care
• Board Certified 
• Must be business minded and motivated to become an equity partner after year 2 
• Looking for a doctor to continue to build a legacy of excellent patient care and long-term practice growth 

Job Details:

• Full Time = 3.5 days a week 
• 3.5 days a week in office + a half-day every other week in surgery
• Monday-Thursday
• Some Fridays (half days)
• No weekends
• Hours = 8:15 AM - 4:30 PM
• Join a team of 12 employees
• 35-40 patients a day

Scope of practice:

• Mostly medical with opportunity to do 80-100 cataract surgeries in the first year
• Opportunity to grow the surgical volumes to 200 the second year 
• Surgery will be performed at a surgery center close to the office 
• Must do cataract and refractive surgery
