• First year minimum of $350,000+ guarantee (based on experience) 
• Year two you will receive a 35% percentage of collections.
• There is no compensation cap!
• Unlimited potential!
• 20 days PTO
• Additional 17 days annually for CE + Sick days + paid holidays
• Up to $25,000 sign on bonus.
• Up to $20,000 relocation

Volumes:

• Average of 30-35 patients a day in clinic and 10-20 cataract surgeries a week
• Ability to do 30-40 surgeries a week if looking for higher volume
• Surgeries are done in the practices of ASCs

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• 3-4 days of clinic and 1-2 days of OR time
• No nights
• No weekends
• No holidays

Call schedule:

• Very minimal if ever as ODs take the call
