General Ophthalmologist - $800k+ potential, $45k sign-on bonus + up to $10k relocation assistance! - Newark, DE

Job Description:

We are looking for a Full Time General Ophthalmologist to work in a practice that has been established for 30 years! You will be busy on day 1 as the practice has 1000s of patients. Current MD is looking to retire.

About the position:

• Monday - Friday (4 or 5 day work week, no weekends)
• 1-2 days a week of surgery.
• See 40-45 patients a day once ramped up.
• General Ophthalmology (both surgical and medical) cataract surgery and lasik. (Subspecialties are welcome)
• Practice does have a lot of glaucoma and retina patients.
• Opportunity for Medical Director role once established.
• Strong support. MD will have 3-4 techs and a scribe
• Large referral base from ODs
• IMD EHR 

Salary:

• Base salary + production model
• $800k+ potential
• $30k-$45k sign on bonus based on experience
• up to $10,000 relocation offered
